In addition to attending board meetings which are held at least four times a year, upholding the vision of PRHCC,
and being a member in good standing, board members agree to be involved in at least one committee;
attend membership meetings at least eight of twelve times per year (unless excused by the board president);
and assist in the growth and development of PRHCC.
